Wembley Stadium
England's premier football Stadium

Organizational culture within Wembley Stadium
In the article differences in Corporate Culture in the UK vs US, they discuss how American corporate culture has a strong reputation for being customer-centric that provides honest and positive communication. I believe that the Wembley Stadium organization tried to exactly exemplify that culture. This most notably because of the huge success of sports organizations in the US. The difference I noticed of Wembley compared to American Sports Organizations is that Wembley is more focused on the fans to make themselves feel like one of the players while the American organizations focus more on the overall experience.

My final emotions of Wembley Stadium
I enjoyed the
Wembley Stadium tour very much. As an avid sports fan and occasional concert
goer, I was surprised by how big the stadium was when inside and outside of it. I did not necessarily enjoy the tour because I have been to numerous sports stadiums of similar nature, but I hope to some day come back to Wembley Stadium for a match or concert. It felt really awesome to have the opportunity to enter the media room and step on to the field of Wembley Stadium. This made me feel like as if I was a player and I had a game to play at Wembley Stadium. I conversed very minimally with our tour guide and guests that came along with
us on the tour.
